We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team, drive revenue, and build long-lasting client relationships. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a successful sales strategy to grow our client base and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients across various industries, particularly in automotive. This position will primarily be focused on the Southern California market. Preference will be given to those living in the Los Angeles area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve individual and team revenue goals.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Educate prospective clients on Car Media Group's suite of digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, social media, video production, and reputation management.
- Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Represent Car Media Group at events, trade shows, and industry meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with a focus on digital marketing solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting software.
